We would love to be a part of your event!
We’ve served at a surprising variety of events – from weddings and office parties to yard sales and Strong Man competitions. If you can dream it up, we can probably find a way to make it happen. One of the lovely things about being mobile is that we can bring a full espresso bar into the most unlikely places.
Each event and budget is different, so please don’t hesitate to contact us with your specific needs and questions. We look forward to serving you.
Please email us with your event details including date, time, and number to serve.
Services and Fees
For events where we are providing a catering service, we require a minimum hourly service fee of $125. This fee helps cover the cost of extra labor and materials, as well as gas and travel. We tend to ask for a deposit several weeks before the event, payable through online invoice.
From there, there are typically two types of service:
À la carte: Guests pay for their own food and beverage.
All included: Guests choose whatever type and size of beverage they prefer, and the host pays at the end. Most common for employee recognition events and birthday parties, etc.
Some included, some à la carte: The host offers a limited “on the house” menu, or a “free” featured beverage, and guests may choose to pay for a different beverage if they like. Let us know your ideas, and we can create a custom menu for your event.
Weddings and other formal catering events
Weddings and other formal catering events typically start at $600 for a two-hour service, but that depends on number of guests, location, and other factors that will be custom to your particular event.
Weddings typically have a higher service charge and are rated on a “per guest” beverage price. While we will travel up to 30 miles from Wichita for an event, we will have to factor in a travel fee to compensate for extra fuel, time, and barista help.
